Kelly Bullis obtained her esthetician certification at Francis Tuttle Technology Center in 2004. She began her career at Cottonwood Salon and Spa in Edmond. Shortly after she opened her own Salon and Spa where she was the first of that kind in Kingfisher. Seeing the need and requests from her clients in 2005, she obtained her Medical Micropigmentology license and began her career in permanent makeup. She has practiced in Guthrie, Perry, Enid, and Kingfisher where she has done thousands of procedures helping women to feel more beautiful. She currently practices in Kingfisher at Kingfisher Dentistry & Braces and is delighted to bring this career opportunity to Autry Technology Center in Enid.
